Web Cams

All pet suites are viewable through the Happy Tails Webcam Customer Portal. Please follow the instructions below to view your pet's suite.

Instructions

For first time visitors to the Happy Tails webcams, please ensure that:

  1. You are using the Internet Explorer browser.
  2. You have downloaded the Westec Viewer driver.

To view the Happy Tails Pet Resort webcams, please complete the following instructions:

  1. Visit the Happy Tails Pet Resort Webcam Customer Portal.
  2. Input the Username and Password given to you by the Happy Tails Pet Resort staff.
  3. In the left-hand navigation, click Sites.
  4. On the Sites page, click the small globe to view the live webcams.
  5. In the Live Cameras page that popped up, double-click your pet's suite view for a larger camera view.
  6. Enjoy viewing your pets!

Extra Notes
Because the webcams require an ActiveX installation, the webcams will be best viewable through Internet Explorer.
Download the Westec Viewer driver (upgrades ActiveX installation).
